Every lot undergoes two independent analyses: (1) HPLC purity analysis at an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited third-party laboratory, and (2) LC-MS (liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry) to confirm the molecular weight matches the theoretical value within ±0.1 Da. Both results are documented in the certificate of analysis (COA).

Q: Can I get a certificate of analysis for my order?

Yes. COAs are available for every product and every lot number we have ever shipped. Contact us with your order number or the product name and lot number and we will send the full document within one business day.

Q: Do you test for endotoxins?

Our reconstitution solvents (BAC water and acetic acid water) are tested using the LAL (limulus amebocyte lysate) assay. Lyophilized peptide vials are synthesized under conditions that minimize endotoxin introduction, and our third-party laboratory screens for endotoxins on request.

What does "99%+ purity" actually mean?

It means that when our independent laboratory runs HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) analysis on a sample from your lot, the target peptide accounts for ≥99% of the total peak area. The remaining <1% represents trace impurities — typically residual solvents or synthesis by-products — that fall well below any threshold of concern for research use.

How do I reconstitute a peptide?

Accepted Answer

Most peptides reconstitute in bacteriostatic water (BAC water). Add the solvent slowly down the side of the vial — do not inject directly onto the lyophilized powder. Swirl gently; do not vortex. For peptides with basic residues (e.g. HGH, IGF-1 LR3), use 0.6% acetic acid water for initial reconstitution, then dilute with BAC water.

How long is a reconstituted peptide stable?

Reconstituted peptides stored in BAC water at 4 °C (refrigerator) are typically stable for 4–6 weeks. For longer storage, aliquot and freeze at −20 °C. Minimize exposure to light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Question 14

What solvent should I use for HGH and IGF-1 LR3?

Both HGH and IGF-1 LR3 require initial reconstitution in 0.6% acetic acid water (not BAC water) due to their basic isoelectric points. After initial dissolution, dilute 1:10 or greater with BAC water or sterile saline for working concentrations.
