How to Reconstitute

Gather suppliesYou will need your lyophilized peptide vial, bacteriostatic water (BW), a 1 mL insulin syringe, and alcohol swabs.

Clean the vialsWipe the rubber stoppers of both the peptide vial and the BW vial with an alcohol swab. Allow to air-dry for 30 seconds.

Draw the waterUsing the insulin syringe, draw the calculated volume of bacteriostatic water from the BW vial.

Inject slowlyInsert the needle into the peptide vial and inject the water slowly down the side of the glass — never directly onto the powder cake.

Swirl gentlyGently swirl (do not shake) the vial until the powder is fully dissolved. The solution should be clear.

Store correctlyRefrigerate the reconstituted peptide at 4°C. Use within 28–30 days. Do not freeze a reconstituted solution.
